The "Festival of Georgian Regions" is another initiative of the "Tsiskvili Group" aimed at popularizing the culture, folklore, choreography, and gastronomy of the country's various regions.
From May 20 to the end of July, every other weekend in the courtyard of Tsiskvili, different regions of Georgia - Svaneti, Samegrelo, Guria, Adjara, Racha, Imereti, and Kakheti - will present their culture and gastronomy.
"Tsiskvili Group" has been one of the outstanding brands in the hospitality sector for 20 years, with a constant focus on development. This time, we aim to make the "Festival of Georgian Regions" a tradition.
Georgian and foreign guests will have the opportunity to get to know different regions of the country and enjoy their authentic flavors and dances. During these days, they will taste the distinctive dishes of Georgia's regions, learn how to prepare them, and see the best representatives of the regions, including the hundred-year-old "Riho" ensemble from Svaneti, "Elesa" from the high mountains, and representatives from Racha, Samegrelo, Kakheti, and Guria," says Anano Tavkhelidze, head of marketing of "Tsiskvili Group."
On days dedicated to a particular region, traditional dishes and wines of the region will be added to the menu. Booths will be specially arranged in the yard, where guests can buy and taste different dishes or drinks. If desired, guests can reserve spaces in the restaurant in advance.
Additionally, a children's zone will be set up in the Tsiskvili space, where children can engage in various activities.
Georgian companies will present their products at the festival, including "Badagi," "Enkeni" winery, "Keto's," "Fesvebi," and "Shumi" wine brands.
"We are very happy to join the "Festival of Georgian Regions." "Roots" will offer guests a unique selection of wines. Our sommeliers visit small winegrowers, factories, and monasteries in all regions of Georgia to select a drink with a special and distinctive aroma and taste. It is important for us that the wine we produce under the "Roots" brand is made in the region for which this species is native," says Matsatso Gordeziani, head of "Kanti" marketing.
The founder of Keto, a startup producing Georgian natural products, notes that the festival is an opportunity to present her brand and receive feedback from guests.

Municipalities of Georgia also support the festival. The municipalities of Kutaisi, Oni, Kvareli, Telavi, Keda, Zugdidi, and Mestia will participate in it.
